He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Maurice and Angela Mary Regan (Schulte); his brothers, Michael and Matthew; his sister-in-law Mary Clauson Regan; his nephew Chase Regan; his niece Amber Regan; and his parents-in-law, John and Mary Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Betty of Waukon; his children, Dennis "DJ" Regan (Deborah) of Waukon, Daniel Regan (Kari) of Waukon, Denise Schmitt (Wayne) of Waucoma, Darren Regan (Janelle) of Cresco and Dana Einck (Kris) of Decorah; his grandchildren, Audrey, Joey, Seth, Cody, Josh, Chelsea, Daylen, Dawston, Riley, Raquel, Rolin, Ryann, Monica, Meika, Mariah, Mason, Dayton, Nicholas, William, Elizabeth and Easton; his siblings, Mary Henning (Darrell) of Postville, IA, Rosella Piggott (Greg) of Waukon, Joan Anderson (Scott) of Waukon, Frank (Mary) of Waukon, Bill (Karen) of Lansing and Charles (Connie) of Lansing; his sister-in-law Joyce Regan of Waukon; his brothers, Ron Regan of Des Moines, IA, Joe Emerson and Jim Regan; and his godchildren, Stacie Cooper, Jessica Cummings, Andy Hatch, Brian Regan, Ryann Schmitt and Trish Shelton. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
