He is survived by: his father Wayne Howe; his wife Linsey Effinger of Waukon; his children, Hunter of Waukon, Hailie Hanson of Waukon and Easton Howe of Waukon; his mother Jan Howe (Beisker) of Waukon; his siblings, Angela Cooper (Ron) of Lansing, IA, Becky Decker (Brad) of Luana, IA, John Howe of Waukon and Zach Howe (Katie Kotz) of Dubuque, IA; his sister-in-law Shelly Howe of Waukon; his grandmother Arlene Beisker of Waukon; his parents-in-law, Todd and Ellen Effinger of Viroqua, WI; his siblings-in-law, Jami Zabel (Harley) of Eastman, WI, Shaina Effinger of Galena, IL, Dustin Effinger (Rachel) of Viroqua, WI and Dane Effinger of La Crosse, WI; and also Callie Mescher of Dubuque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
