Dale Byrnes Obituary
In loving memory of Dale Byrnes of Waukon, Iowa, who departed this world on November 9, 2024 at the age of 75. Dale leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Byrnes and Jeanne Byrnes (Delaney); his sister Sharon; his brothers-in-law, Robert Kobusch and Bob Blaser; his nephews, Jared Byrnes, Nicholas Paul Byrnes, Travis Michael Bulman, Kevin Koch and Quinn Robert Schoberel; and his niece Kimberly Koch.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Byrnes (Pat) of Waukon, Noreen Koch (Vince) of Cedar Rapids and Connie Harmsen (Mitch) of Osceola, IA; his grandchildren, Jessica and Dylan Smith of Harpenden, England; his friend Olivia Bell; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by 11 nephews and seven nieces, in addition to four great-nephews and 10 great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 3:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (101 2nd St SW, Waukon, IA 52172).
