He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Barr and Grace Barr (McShane); his wife Cynthia Joyce Reed; and his sister Judy (Harvey Landt). He is survived by: his children, Chris Barr (Dawn) of Palo, IA, Chad Barr of Waukon, Shayne Barr (Bethany) of Lake St, Warren Barr (June) of Waukon and Patrick Barr (Jeannie Willard) of Des Moines, IA; his brother-in-law Randy Reed (Diane) of Kenosha, WI; and his nephew Winston Landt of Cedar Rapids, IA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
