He is survived by: his brothers, Father Donald Hawes and Cyril Hawes; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Hawes (Angelina), Shawn Hartung (Matt), Cheryl Nordlander, Valerie Foster (Jeff), Michelle Rydz (Paul Sum), Maureen Bigelow (Paul), Brenda Hostager (Mark), Michael Hawes (Gail), Brian Hawes (Allison) and Tom Hawes. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
