He is survived by: his wife Lois Halvorson of Waukon; his children, Kathie Robinson (Randy) of Chicago, IL, Sandra Casetta (Jim) of Eau Claire, WI, Charlie Rolfs (Amy) of Decorah, IA, Steve Rolfs of Waukon and Kim Rolfs of Waukon; his grandchildren, Matt Robinson (Jackie), Dave Robinson (Kellen), Jessica Wooster (Adam), Esau Casetta, Emma Swetala (Justin), Jackson Rolfs, Lane Rolfs, Ellie Rolfs, Libby Rolfs and Nate Rolfs; and his great grandchildren, Graham Robinson, Owen Robinson and Calvin Wooster.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (8 5th St SW, Waukon, IA 52172). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
