He is survived by: his parents, Clint Johnson and Dacia Johnson (Meyer); his wife Caitlin Mellick; his daughters, Claire and Bentley; his brother Tanner Johnson (Daiton Holstad) of Waukon; his parents-in-law, Tom and Laura Mellick of Waukon; his grandparents, Don of Waukon, Terry Johnson of Waukon, Dennis of Waukon and Jane Meyer of Waukon; and his siblings-in-law, Dominick Mellick (Carli Quandahl) of Waukon, Carley of Waukon and Maddie Mellick of Waukon. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
