He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Waukon; his children, Kari Kay O'Hara (Michael) of Decorah, IA and Ryan William Campbell (Kristen Billings) of Adel, IA; his grandchildren, Mason, Kylie, Kade, Kyra O'Hara, Ella, Laney and Greta Campbell; his mother Arlene Campbell Rooney (Wild) of Waukon; his siblings, Mary Schofield of Waukon, Robert Campbell (Kristi) of Waukon and Perry Campbell of Centennial, CO; his nieces and nephews, Masie McGraw, Britney Pierce and Mark Campbell; and his grandchildren, Lynn Dundee, Joe Emerson, Fred Delphey, Tom Garrett, Ron Henning, Wayne Howe, Larry Jatho, Carl Johnson, Troy Lubahn, Vince Seybert, Dick Sullivan and Jerry Tausz.
