He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Beck (John Deere Day) of Lansing; and his siblings, Kay (Earl Moore), Robert Welsh, Alice (Cliff Armstrong), Mary Lou (Robert Cota), William Welsh, Daniel Welsh, Lloyd Welsh, Bernadine (Robert Heffern), Ida (Robert Gonsalves), Jerry (Jeanne Welsh), Margaret, Darlene, Josephine and Edward.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Ariss (Jim) of Prairie, Michelle Welsh of Waukon and Brian Welsh (April) of Elgin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jaimie Andrews (Demetri), Courtney Carlson (Nic), Lindsey Ariss (Dustin Carpenter), Cassidy Welsh, Brendan Guider (Brittney), Dustan Guider, Carson, Chace, Jack and Brielle Welsh; his great grandchildren, Maya, Elyse Andrews, Maisy and Charlie Carlson; his sisters-in-law, Leona Welsh, Essie Welsh, Betty Welsh, Maralyn Welsh and Sarah Welsh; and his grandchildren, Pat Cota and Larry Magner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
