She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Dougherty and Emmet Dougherty; her husband Clarence A. Johnson; her son Ed Johnson; her children-in-law, Sherry Johnson, Linda Johnson and Jim Chalupsky; and her siblings, Donald Dougherty, John Dougherty, Mary Wagner (Mark), Lela Urell (John), Joe Dougherty (Jean) and Helen Kelley (Mark).
She is survived by: her children, Judy Nicholls (Jerry) of Solon, Joan Chalupsky of Shueyville, Kenny Johnson of Shueyville, Dan Johnson (Pat) of Shueyville and Don Johnson of Walford; her daughter-in-law Becky Johnson of Cedar Rapids; her brother Jimmy Dougherty (Ilene) of Waukon; and her sister-in-law Rita Dougherty of Waukon. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
