He was predeceased by: his father Gary Brink; and his grandparents, Leo, Ruth Brink, Roy and Esther Bigler.
He is survived by: his mother Lucille Brink (Bigler) of Postville; his cousin Jason; his wife Shari of Postville; his children, Shelby Hisel (Jesse) of Des Moines, Samantha Larkin (Sean) of Harpers Ferry and Trevor Brink (Sydney) of Waukon; his stepchildren, Jason Brink (Jerrica) of Waterville, Jordan Brink of Lansing and Jonah Brink (Chase) of Polk City; his grandchildren, Jonah, Charlotte Larkin, Gibson, Veda, Elsie, Lorelei Brink and Eleanor Hisel; and his siblings, Gerald (Laurie) of Waukon, Darold "Red" Brink (Kealy) of Waukon and Cindy Emery (Jeff) of Ottumwa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
