He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ginther and Darlene Ginther (Anderson); his siblings, Dorothy Ginther, Jan Hess and Bill Riesberg; and his son-in-law Derek Mueller.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ginther of Waukee, Iowa.; his children, Frank Ginther (Kari) of New Providence, Iowa, Randy Ginther, Vicki Mueller of Orlando, Florida, Audra Bonner of Waukee, Iowa and Dennis Ginther of Waukee, Iowa.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicole, Ashley, Daniel, Bryan, Casey, Kyle, Elizabeth, Kristina, Luke and Sam.
Throughout his life, Ron made lasting contributions to the grocery store industry, working for reputable establishments such as Safeway and Dahls.
