It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Nielsen (Waukee, Iowa), who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Nielsen; his parents, Harry Nielsen and Clara Nielsen; and his siblings, Clarence Nielsen and Delores Norton.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Nielsen (Belle), Nicky Nielsen (Lori) and Nancy Nielsen; his grandchildren, Natalie Clark (Levi), Brianne Jackson (Ethan), Allison Maher (Casey), Bailey Henkenius (Wyatt) and Maggie Moreau (Branden); his great grandchildren, Leon, Kinnick Maher and Madison Clark; and his siblings, Earl Nielsen (Claudia) and Elsie Tiggemann.
