He was predeceased by: his wife Joanna; and his son Douglas. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Wallace (Craig) and Marty Dolde (David); and his grandsons, Jeffrey Jay Fielder Jr. (Michelle), Jonathan, Matthew and Samuel Dolde.
