He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Hoffman (Elaine) and Gwynn Christiansen (Grout); his brother-in-law Tom; his sisters, Kerry Ausmus (Tom) and Katie Hoffman; his grandparents, Jack and Althea Hoffman; and his nephews, Ben and Sam Ausmus.
