With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Bauer (Waukee, Iowa), born in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 30, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bauer and Alice Bauer; his brother Charles; and his brother-in-law Bruce Doughty. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Jean Schroeder; his wife Sandy; his children, Randy Bauer (Carmen), Boyd Bauer, Michelle Dudek (Bill) and Jocelyn Bauer-Nelson (Orrin); his grandchildren, Eric Bauer, Ashley Havens (Dylan), Hannah Dudek, Jon Bauer, Kelsey Bauer, Claire Dudek, Zachary Baker and Michael Baker; his siblings, Cynthia Bauer, Sally Doughty, Suzanne Ruedy, Gary Bauer, Jeanne Phalen (Richard) and Alan Bauer (Valorie); and his sister-in-law Sandy Bauer. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
