He is survived by: his former spouse Cheral Vollstedt; his daughter Sandra Harvey (Brett) of Blue Springs, MO; his wife Rita Kirk; his stepsons, Joe Kirk (Kathleen) and Ark Kirk; his brother Bernard Nothwehr (Verna) of Clarinda; and also, Pamela Garvis (Denny) of Templeton, IA and David Vollstedt of Lakeview.
