He is survived by: his wife Janis; his children, Ethan, Eric and Leanne of Norwalk, IA; his siblings, Doug Owens (Lana) of Austin, MN, Don Owens (Roxann) of Indianola, NE and Karen Mortimore (Ben) of Scottsbluff, NE; his siblings-in-law, Joanne Owens of Bullhead City, AZ and Marlys Steve Kerton (Anderson) of Monument, CO; and also Smith of Norwalk, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
