With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Nicholson (Waukee, Iowa), who passed away on August 30, 2017 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Scharf; his daughters, Lisa Bean, Nancy Peterson, Brigid Nicholson and Pamela Nicholson; and his siblings, Joseph Nicholson, James Nicholson and Jane Worsley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandson.
