She is survived by: her parents, Craig Kamm and Chris Kamm (Porter); her children, Payton Leonard, Keaton Kamm and Bodhi Olmstead; her grandparents, Robert Porter and Charlene Porter; her sister Melody Forrett (Terry); and her nieces, Haylee Kamm, Kenadie Kamm and Pyper Forrett. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
