He is survived by: his wife Donna Chambers; his son Jeff Teel (Nicki) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Abigayle and Alianna; his daughter Carrie Bennett (Brad) of Adel; and his grandchildren, Cameron of Adel and Casey of Baxter.
