He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scarpino and Pearl Scarpino; and his brother Bill Scarpino. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Janel Marcovis (Frank) of Waukee and Steve of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Karen Goodwin (Malcolm), Mike Marcovis, Jeff Marcovis and Luke Scarpino; and his siblings, Ken Scarpino and Larry Scarpino (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
