He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Dennis Rolek; and his grandparents, Francis, Julia Rolek, Jim and Marjorie Rupp.
He is survived by: his brother Big; his pets, Stewie and Little Squiggle; his mother Deborah Rolek; his siblings, Rachel Gorman (Chris), Alex Rolek (Erin), Brian Rolek, David Rolek and Eric Rolek; and his nephews, Shane, Connor Gorman and Silas Rolek. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
