She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Lorene Chapman (Wilson); her husband James DeWitt; her daughter Teresa Hoffman; and her sister Janet Givens.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Jordan (John) and Jim Jr. DeWitt (Melody); her grandchildren, Jeff Jordan, Jason Jordan (Alexandra), Matthew DeWitt (Cassie), Jessica Stacy (Doug Bremer) and Ryan DeWitt; her great grandchildren, Chelsea, Riley DeWitt and Amelia Jordan; and her brothers, Robert Chapman of Florida and Randy Chapman of Davenport.
