He was predeceased by: his grandfather Verlyn "Curly" Tjarks. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Holloway (Janette) and Lori Staley (Bob); his siblings, Alison Horn (Ryan), Shelby Gonner (Matt), Mike Holloway (Kalie), Madison Staley, Jessica O'Brien (James) and Josh Staley; and his grandparents, Darlene Dencklau, Art, Dorothy Holloway, Tom and Kay Leiss. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
