She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kappes and Ottie Kappes (Vaughn); her former husband Richard Head; her siblings, Art Kappes (Emma), Herb Kappes and Irene Wilson (Bob); her son-in-law Danny Bayer; her parents-in-law, Clifford Myers and Loretta Myers; and her brother-in-law Donald Myers (Sandy).
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine; her husband Cletus Myers of Waucoma, IA; her children, Jeff Head (Pam) of Evansville, IN, Chris Head (Carol) of Evansville, IN, Keith Head (Donna) of Evansville, IN, Karen Bayer of Evansville, IN, Kenny Head (Candy) of Evansville, IN and LeAnne Head of Evansville, IN; her stepchildren, Ron Myers (Teresa) of Sumner, IA and Donna Karnik (David) of Fort Atkinson, IA; and her sister-in-law Arlene Schmitt (Alfred). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
