He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julius "Mike" Bouska and Mayme Bouska (Schlichte); his wife Lorna Heying; his siblings, John, Cliff, Verne, Jim, Margaret Diebler, Arlene Vrzak and Donna Hrdlicka; his daughter Kristie Bouska Foreman; his nephew Terry Bouska; his son Bob (Karen) of Hazleton; his father-in-law Duane Foreman; his children, Carol Zbornik (John) of Menomonie, WI, Kim Kuehner (Jason) of Hawkeye and Tom (Ricki) of Peosta; his grandchildren, Joe Bouska (Abby), Nick Bouska (Katie), Adam Foreman (Ashley), Kayleen Dunt (Alex), Aaron Foreman, Kyle Bouska, Derrick Kuehner (Allison), Shane Bouska (Erin), Ben Zbornik, Karlyn Bouska, Sam Zbornik, Isaac Foreman, Katelyn Kuehner and Anna Foreman; and his great grandchildren, Ryker Dunt (Kayleen) and Cory Bouska (Joe).
