Robin Fisher wrote a sympathy message

“We are saddened to hear of Chuck’s Passing. We came to know Chuck the past two years at What Cheer. He always had a smile on his face, and a treat for our dog. He would come over and talk several times during the day or ask if anyone needed anything. He has been such a fixture at What Cheer, that when we didn’t see him today, we started to hunt and ask questions and our hearts are broken to read the news and realize we missed his Memorial. He was such a great, friendly, unselfish man.”
