He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Mary (Mark Verstegen) of Madison, Dr. Jane Collison (Vince) of Lake City and Ann Clark (Joseph) of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Julia, Nicholas, Catherine, Rachael, Kristina, Paul, Luke, Sam, Peter and Catie; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Charlotte and Grace.
