He is survived by: his father Charles Kelley; his girlfriend Trisha Ambrose; his sons, Jonathan Wyant-Kelley of Cedar Rapids, Charles Ambrose of Jesup and Zachary Ambrose of Clutier; his brothers, Joseph Boose of Fort Madison, Justin Boose (Rachael) of Waterloo, Byron Boose of Waterloo, Jeremy Fuller (Jenna) of Ferguson and Brad Fuller (Jodi) of LeGrand; his stepfather Joseph Boose (Pam) of Texas; and his foster mother Betty Needs of Laural. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
