William Joseph Kelley Obituary

William Joseph Kelley, 51, of Waterloo, died unexpectedly Friday, December 13. He was born September 10, 1973, in Waterloo, the son of Charles Kelley and Denise (Stuber) Boose.

William loved old cars, rock music, collecting hot wheels, and watching movies. His favorite things were anything his boys liked. He enjoyed telling the same joke over and over even when it stopped being funny. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Nothing made William happier than putting a smile on someone's face.

Survivors include: his significant other of 30 years, Trisha Ambrose; children, Jonathan Wyant-Kelley of Cedar Rapids, Charles Ambrose of Jesup, and Zachary Ambrose of Clutier; brothers, Joseph Boose of Fort Madison, Justin (Rachael) Boose of Waterloo, Byron Boose of Waterloo, Jeremy (Jenna) Fuller of Ferguson, and Brad (Jodi) Fuller of LeGrand: Step Father Joseph (Pam) Boose of Texas; Foster Mother Betty Needs of Laural: nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: his mother; sister, Jennifer Boose; Grandmothers Hazel Boose, and Patricia Stuber; and his foster father Gary Fuller.

A Family Directed Celebration of Life Gathering will take place at a later date.
