He was predeceased by: his parents, Acle B Parker and Helen Mae Huntley Parker; his wife Theresa A. Rechtfertig; his son David Parker; his siblings, Edward Parker and Rose; his brother-in-law Robert Carbiener; and his sister Nancy Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Parker (Nancy), Scott Parker (Betty), William Jr. Parker (Susan), Todd Parker (Sherry) and Cynthia Breu (Willard); his daughter-in-law Syndi Parker; his brother Richard Parker (Diane); and his brother-in-law Robert Anderson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren with 1 on the way and 2 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Cedar Valley Hospice and Western Home Communities.
