He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Ramsey and Norma Dehn Ramsey; his wife Margaret T. Lubben; his daughters, Donna Hoffman (Duane) of Waterloo and Beverly Abbott (Daryl) of Urbana; his grandchildren, Jennifer Snyder, Jaclyn Epperson (Jeremy) and Daren Abbott; his great grandchildren, Mason, Avery Epperson, Claire, Isabelle and Sam Snyder; his sister Esther Bradford of Altamonte Springs, FL; his granddaughter Denean Bauer (Abbott); and his brother Warren Ramsey (Betty). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers to the Ireland Outreach International or Cedar Valley Hospice.
