He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Wexter and Oma Gray Wexter. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Ann Tiggeman; his children, Cindy Trepp of Waterloo, Vickie Nosbisch (Jerry) of Ionia, Susan Wexter of Independence, MO and Randall Wexter (Sara) of New Lenox, IL; his grandchildren, Zach Nosbisch (Megan) of New Hampton, IA, Josh Nosbisch (Bridget) of Waterloo, Katie Mohlis (Preston) of Lawler, Stephanie Thompson (Brad) of Cedar Rapids, Lucas Trepp (Elk Run Heights), Halligan Lasky (Matt) of Columbus, OH, Jenna Bush (Ben) of Davenport, Connor Wexter of Chicago and Michael Wexter of Malibu, CA; his great grandchildren, Preston, Isabella, Carmen, Noah, Natalie, Alexis, Amelia, Jackson, Nora, Mya, Keira and Maxie; his brother Richard LeClere (Elsie) of Belvidere, IL; and his half-sisters, Maxine Wendell (John) and Margaret Schultz.
