He is survived by: his parents, Brian Moothart and Brenda Santee (Blanchard); his children, Tucker, Mykel, Holly and Stormie Moothart; his brother Chad Moothart (Jessica); and his aunt Monica Siebrands. He is also survived by mom; and many other close extended family.
