He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren A. Williams and Dorothy Popenhagen Williams; and his wife Cindy Lou. He is survived by: his sister Lois Williams of Waterloo; and his cousins, Gayland Popenhagen (Dianne) of Cedar Falls, Donna Zmolek (Fred) of Dike and Bonnie Popenhagen of Cedar Falls.
