She is survived by: her husband Fred H Bentley Jr. of Waterloo; her daughter Carissa Merrick of Waterloo; her granddaughters, Abigail and Adalynn Merrick of Waterloo; her siblings, Sherry Kennedy, Toni Dean of Waterloo, Jamie Hawbaker of Colfax, Iowa, Dirk "Clyde" Fox, Kent Irwin, Rex Fox of Waterloo and Gary Fox of Moreno Valley; and her close friend Debbie Sergeant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
