It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma R. Clark of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Ackley, Iowa, who passed away on November 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Holcomb and Lottie Holcomb (Blossie); her former husband James A. "Jim" Allen; her son Robert "Bobby" Allen Sr.; and her siblings, John, Stanley, LeRoy Holcomb and Mary Jane Holcomb.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul S. Raines; her husband Delbert Clark; her children, Tammy Mettlin (Kirk) of Waterloo, Donnie Schuler of Waterloo and Skip Stephenson of Peoria, AZ; and her sister-in-law Colleen Holcomb of Clear Lake. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
