She was predeceased by: her parents, Lu Lu Pearl Walker and James Harold Commack, Sr.; her grandmother Doreatha Smith; her sisters, Gabrielle Walker, Gaytona Walker and Louise Roby; her daughter Civa Smith; her grandson Jeremy Smith; her goddaughter Lela Christine Blackmon; her aunts and uncles, Josie Vivians, Mardena Banks, Donald Commack, Lee Samuel Commack and Paul Commack; and her niece Kourtney Green.
She is survived by: her stepmother Delores Commack; her daughters, Mohaganoey Smith, Doreatha "Tweety" Collett and Kela Collett of Waterloo, IA; her sisters, Senoria Rogers (Lonnie) of Arizona, Tina Commack Ball of Arizona, Janella Rollinger and Rhonda Banks of Waterloo, IA; her stepsisters, Rhonda Keeling of Waterloo, IA, Bridget Keeling of Waterloo, IA, Tonya Keeling of Waterloo, IA and Reneé Weston-Smart (Chris) of Slidell, LA; her sister-in-law Helen Commack; her aunt Ruccell Pearson of Waterloo, IA; her brothers, Clyde Roby of Waterloo, IA, Cornelius Walker of Waterloo, IA and Carlos Walker of Waterloo, IA; and her adoptive son Cedric Hill, Sr. (Tracey). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
