He was predeceased by: his parents, John George and Mary "Rozella" Harrington Kramer; his wife Diane; and his nephew Clay Kramer. He is survived by: his son Adam Kramer of Waterloo; his siblings, Mike Kramer (Becky) of Waukon, IA., Paul Kramer (Robyn) of Apple Valley, MN., Mark Kramer of Farmington, MN. and Mary Ann Judd (Bill); and his pets, Marty and Sadie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
