He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bonk and Janet Bonk (Jeffries); and his siblings, Kenneth "Casey" Bonk, Scott Bonk and Lisa Sue Bonk.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Redix (Jason), Chris Bonk (Christina), Theresa Hendryx, Timothy "Brian" Bonk and Brandy Williams (Kenneth); his siblings, Kathy Griffen and Matthew Bonk; and his sister-in-law Valerie Bonk. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
