He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Hennessey); his stepdaughter Karissa Tolliver (Doug) of Palm Bay, FL; his sisters, Nancy Rheinhart (Scott) of Minnetonka, MN, Kim Prinsen (Brad) of Rosemount, MN and Kelly Anders (Jeff Trangsrud) of Cedar Falls; and his grandsons, Shylo and Tre Tolliver.
