She is survived by: her parents, Doug Shimp (Becky) of Washburn and Debra Boger Shimp (Michael Kittleson) of Cedar Falls; her son Brayden Stocks of Waterloo; her siblings, Chris Shimp (Trusha) of Traer, Angie Shimp (Mike Klein) of Waterloo, Andy Shimp of Washburn, Craig Shimp (Mary) of Hudson and Courtney Nichols (Colton) of Jesup; her nieces and nephews, Ryder, Holli, Brody, Brynlee, Kacey and Danielle; her in-laws, Bill and Mary Thomas; and her pets, Herky and Kinnick.
