She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin Tharp and Arlene Tharp (Jacklin); her husband Tim Hintz; her daughter Kim Sommer (Wes); her siblings, Michael Tharp (Pat), West Liberty, Randy Tharp (Marlys), Cathy Olson (Bill), Judy Powell (Lynn) and Dysart; and also Waterloo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
