She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert L. Bentley and Minnie L. Chapman Bentley; her siblings, Lawerence Bentley, John Bentley, Jerry Bentley and Marilyn Bentley; her grandson Michael Heyer; and her close friend Charles "Tom" Poling.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristal Fuller (Ben) of Evansdale and Heather Carfrae (Steve) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Brittainey, Mercedes and Teaghan; her great grandchildren, Gabryella, Elysia and Laila; and her siblings, Paul Bentley (Isolde) of Colorado Springs, Charlie Bentley (Shirley) of Centerville and Marlys Larson (Dale) of Altoona.
