He was predeceased by: his parents, Linn Azbill and Donna Azbill; and his siblings, Linn E. Azbill, Billy Azbill and Tammy Azbill.
He is survived by: his daughter Alli Azbill (Jered) of Ames; his siblings, Toni Hoeppner (Scott) of Evansdale, Greg Azbill (Debbie) of Waterloo and Lowell Azbill (Melody) of Cedar Rapids; and his sister-in-law Penny Azbill of Waterloo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
