She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hagedorn and Ruth Nichols Hagedorn; and her husband William A. Young. She is survived by: her children, Debra Parizek (Jim) of Dunkerton, Dianne Moses of Waterloo, Denise Benson of Eldora and Donald Young (Julie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Nigel Parizek, Ivory Loftus (Chris), Mike J. Anderson II, Amanda Nielsen, Alison Benson, Billie Jo Wagner, Thad Moses, Bradley Moses, Samatha Moses (Josh Edgar), Heather Nesteby (Jason), Shannon Rottinghaus (Ryan), Kristine Lamprecht (Justin) and Shantell Ranniger; and her siblings, David Hagedorn (Ivy) of Waterloo and Sharon Warm (Harold) of Evansdale. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
