She is survived by: her parents, Vernon Deitrick and Berdella Deitrick (Smith); her spouses, Gary Ohrt and James Slater; her son Robert Slater (Mary) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, April Montgomery (Christopher) of Cedar Rapids, Heather Slater (Mark Kallaus) of Independence, Misty Slater (Lucas Stoakes) of Waterloo, Danielle Baker of Waterloo, Dylan Behm of Waterloo, Eric Slater of Waterloo and Jordan Slater of Waterloo; her great grandchildren, Cameron, DeVontae, Vanna, Bekkah, Tashie, Peyton, Terryion, Max, Kadein, Laniyah and Rylen; her brother Gary Deitrick of Waterloo; her daughter Cheryle Ohrt; and her brother Gene Deitrick.
