We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2024, at the age of 83, Ruth Weigle of Waterloo, Iowa, born in McGregor, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Weigle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Troester and Alta Troester (Andregg); her husband Larry J. Weigle of Paul's Lutheran Church; her sons, Paul Weigle and Andrew Weigle; and her siblings, Alice Staples, Robert Troester and Carl Troester.

She is survived by: her children, Perry J. Weigle (Kim) of Osage and Beth Bork of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Chris (Shelby), Nic (Julia Quisley), Lucas Weigle (Kaylee Klaes), Jack and Emma Bork; and her brothers, Eldon Troester (Lorna), Raymond Troester and Lyle Troester (Bonnie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund will be established to benefit causes that were important to Ruth.
