Ruth E. Carnes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth E. Carnes of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crow and Phyllis Saunders Crow; her husband James G. Carnes; and her siblings, Wayne, Bill Crow, Ella Mae Timion and Norma Gerholdt.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Carnes (Leigh Anne) of St. Peters, Brian Carnes (Becki) of Waterloo and Scott Carnes (Connie Peirce) of Waterloo; and her sisters, Hazel Carnes (Jerry) of Waterloo and Margaret Bettis of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimers Association.
