She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Borchardt and Anna L. Pahl Borchardt; her former husband Herbert F. Ide; her husband Everett "Ed" W. Borlaug; her brothers, Armond and Raymond Borchardt; her sister-in-law Olive Borchardt; and her stepson Wayne Borlaug.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Potter (Ron) of Waterloo, Arthur F. Ide of Peru and Richard (Taeko) of Ebetsu, Japan; her grandchildren, KenSho and Maria; her stepdaughters, Barbara Gennaro (Pat) of Livermore, CA, Susan Del Rosso (Keith) of Port Orchard, WA and Cathy Claborn (Bill) of Bermuda Dunes, CA; her brother Leland Borchardt (Betty) of St. Ansgar; and her stepdaughter-in-law Linda Borlaug of Indo, CA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
